The Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Forum, established in 2003, aims to increase the profile of the food and drink industry and provide a range of benefits to the sector, in particular:

*  Delivering a high quality programme of speakers, discussion and challenge on subjects of direct relevance.
*Ensuring that businesses are up to date with the services offered by Scotland Food & Drink and the other sources, to support their development.
