We are delighted to announce that the Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Forum meetings will resume, with the first one taking place on Tuesday 26th January.  It has been agreed that the main focus of these events should be based around two main themes – increasing sales and cutting costs.  The theme for the January event, Raise and Save Money, looks at finance for your business and covers vitally important subjects related to this.  These include:

Tax efficiency in small businesses, Susie Swift/Shirley Mathieson, Saffrey Champnes Chartered Accountants.  Raising finance, Donald MacKenzie, Business Gateway
Financing business growth, Roger Eddie, Highlands and Islands Enterprise

The event will take place at the Inverness Caledonian Thistle Stadium.  Coffee and registration will take place between 5.30-6pm with presentations beginning at 6pm.   The evening concludes with supper and networking at 7.30pm.
