This award is given to the restaurant or eating establishment which can demonstrate the best and most innovative use of produce from food or drink suppliers in the Highlands and Islands. Entry is open to all eating establishments in the Highlands and Islands accessible to the general public.

What the judges will be looking for:

Organisations demonstrating best and most innovative use of local produce from food or drink suppliers in Highlands & Islands.

Documentation required:

• Submit an example of a typical menu used in your establishment and provide a separate list of your local suppliers including their address and the products which are included in your sample menu. Only the producer, supplier or grower should be listed as a local supplier.
• Please note there is a separate entry form for the Taste of Highlands & Islands Restaurant of the Year Award.
