This award is given to the restaurant or eating establishment which can demonstrate the most innovative and consistent use of produce from food or drink suppliers in the Highlands and Islands, great tasting food and outstanding service levels. Entry is open to all eating establishments in the Highlands and Islands accessible to the general public.
